Privacy notice in accordance with the terms of art.10 of Act no. 675 of 31/12/96 (Italian data protection Law): "Protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data "
 

With reference to your request for information, we wish to preliminarly inform you that your personal data will be processed by our company and, in particular:

 

a) The purpose of data processing is exclusively aimed at providing you with the information you requested. Your data will be processed and stored with electronic means too and duly protected.

 

b) The providing of the requested data referred to the above mentioned  purpose , letter a),  has a voluntary and not obligatory nature.

 

c) Any refusal to provide us with your personal data to be processed will prevent  us to send you the requested information.

 

d) The processing of your submitted personal data and their scope of disclosure will be limited nevertheless to our company. We also inform you that your submitted personal data may as well be communicated to third parties processors , only for the arrangement of the necessary electronic media and data processing systems.

 

e) You are owner of all the rights that are indicated at article 13 of the above mentioned D. Lgs. 31.12.1996 no.675, which is set forth below this notice;

Art. 13 - Act no. 675 of 31/12/96 of Italian Law -  Data subject’s rights

1. Inrespect of the processing of personal data, any data subject shall have the right to:

 

a) be informed, by having access, free of charge, to the register mentioned under paragraph 1, subheading a), of article 31, of the existence of the processing data that may concern him;

 

b) be informed of what is mentioned under paragraph 4, subheadings a), b) and h) of article 7;

 

c) to obtain, without delay, either from the controller or from the processor:

 

confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and the intelligibile communication of such data and their source, as well as of the logic and the purposes  underlying the processing; such request is renewable at intervals of not less than ninety days, unless there are well-grounded reasons therefore;

the erasure, blocking or transformation into an anonymous form of data which have been processed unlawfully, including  those the keeping of which is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the completion of the data;

the statement that the operations as per 2) and 3) above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the subjects to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except when the provision of such  information proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;

 

 

d) object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data relating to him, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;

 

e) object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data relating to him, which is carried out for purposes of commercial information or advertising or direct marketing, or else for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys, and be informed by the controller, no later than at the time when the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility to exercise such right free of charge.

 

2. Where it is not confirmed that personal data relating to the data subject exist, the latter may be charged a sum which shall not be greater than the expenses actually incurred, for  each request as per paragraph 1, subheading  c), number 1), in accordance with the modalities and within the limits set out by the regulations as per article 33, paragraph 3.


3. The rights as per paragraph 1, where relating to the personal data of a deceased, may be exercised by anyone who is interested in them.


4. The data subject may grant, in writing, power of attorney or representation to natural persons or associations in the exercise of the rights as per paragraph  1.


5. The provisions concerning professional secrecy of the journalistic profession shall further apply as related to the source of the information.

 


On your own responsibility you declare to be aware of your rights that are indicated at article 13 of the D. Lgs. 675/96 and, pursuant to and in accordance with this law, you aknowledge that your personal data submitted to Tecnofiliere, and those collected afterwards for the same purposes,  will be processed (in observance of the above mentioned D. Lgs. 675/96) in order to provide you with the information you requested.

You aknowledge as well that the above mentioned processing of your submitted data may be, also in part, carried out by societies, institutes, associations, who provide the controller with data processing services, and to whom the submitted data may be communicated  only for the purpose set forth above.  You therefore authorize TECNOFILIERE S.R.L. with registered offices  in Italy,  41016 - Novi di Modena (MO) Via Provinciale Modena 57/A (data controller), to carry out the data processing and communication as set forth above in this Privacy Policy.
