TECNOFILIERE AND THE ALGERIAN MARKET
Tecnofiliere, a company specialising in the production of dies and equipment for the extrusion process, recently strengthened its partnership with the leading Algerian group Sarl Safcer through a major order for spare parts to modernise its die set.
COLLABORATION WITH THE ALGERIAN GROUP BOURAS
Tecnofiliere has developed extrusion equipment for a wide range of decorative and construction products previously absent from the Algerian market, which currently favours two perforated bricks designated B8 - 10x20 cm and B12 - 15x20 cm.
MosBuild 2011, Russia’s most important trade event devoted to the building industry, held in Moscow, from 5 to 8 April and presented products and services from 2,472 exhibitors from 49 countries.
LATER-CER COMPETITIVENESS THROUGH INNOVATION
The Later-Cer group’s strength, leader in the building materials sector is largely due to its foresight in acquiring equipment and facilities from the leading Italian and European suppliers. This has enabled it to establish ongoing relationships with reliable companies capable of providing continuous technical support.
One of these is the Italian company Tecnofiliere, whose technology was adopted first by Later-Cer and subsequently by Cerámica Quilmes, Palmar Cordoba and Cerámica Fanelli. Over the years, Tecnofilierehas continuously supplied these companies with extruder dies for hollow blocks, loadbearing blocks and floor blocks, designing specific configurations for the individual needs of each manufacturing unit. Tecnofilierehas also supplied die-washing machines in both the old model TF800 and the new model TF1000 EVO.

TECNOFILIERE AT TECNARGILLA 2010
At the Claytech section of Tecnargilla 2010, Tecnofiliere presented its new dies for thin-walled blocks equipped with an innovative integrated external braking system.
The Italian company (based in Novi di Modena) reported excellent results at the show, including a constant flow of highly motivated international visitors to its stand. This enabled it to establish new contacts and strengthen commercial ties with existing customers, a clear sign that offering high-quality products and services together with commitment and professionalism pays off even during times of crisis in the sector.

TECNOFILIERE PRESENTS THE MODEL CF2 2-EXIT DIE FOR 45x25 CM WALL BLOCK
At Tecnargilla 2010 Tecnofiliere presented a 2-exit die for the production of an innovative 45x25 cm block that has been installed at only a few manufacturing units in Italy. Its geometric characteristics are such that products meeting current thermal insulation requirements can be obtained even when using different kinds of raw materials and pastes with different densities. This is amply demonstrated by the results of transmission factor calculations performed directly by the Italian company using the SUPERSAP program.
A further innovation is the integrated braking system in which the CNC machined brake guarantees more precise braking and action on the clay flow. The intended use of these blocks is for the construction of buildings with a normal loadbearing masonry structure.
