TECNOFILIERE STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN RUSSIA
VVKZ, a modern Russian manufacturer of traditional and special blocks located in the city of Rzhev, about 200 km west of Moscow, has purchased from Tecnofiliere two TFE model single-exit extruder dies for the production of special types of blocks for structural loadbearing masonry.
EXTRUDER DIES FOR VERY HIGH EXTRUSION PRESSURES (STIFF EXTRUSION)
Tecnofiliere has developed a special extrusion unit based on extruder dies designed for use with very high extrusion pressures (Stiff Extrusion).
Tecnofiliere attended the 14th edition of the international trade show BATIMATEC, dedicated to building, construction materials and public works, which took place in Algiers, from 9 to 13 May 2011.
At the largest exhibition for the industry in Algeria took part 850 exhibitors from 20 countries.
Tecnofiliere was highly satisfied with its participation: the stand was ideally situated and the exhibition favourably matched the expectations, in particular those concerning the visit of the customers, both acquired and new.
THE LARGEST EXTRUSION LINE IN ALGERIA
Briqueterie Sotbaf currently has the largest extrusion line in Algeria with 9-exit dies for B8 100x200 and 6-exit dies for B12 150x200 supplied by Tecnofiliere. The Italian company (based in Novi di Modena) developed a bespoke solution that included accessories made of tungsten carbide, a material with characteristics of toughness and hardness capable of withstanding the intense abrasion that occurs during the extrusion process.
